Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation

• Assist with washing, peeling, chopping, and measuring ingredients
• Prepare sauces and stocks according to recipes

Maintaining Cleanliness

• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans
• Keep all kitchen areas and equipment clean and sanitized

Stock Management

• Receive and store deliveries
• Manage inventory
• Ensure proper food storage and waste disposal

Adhering to Food Safety

• Follow proper food handling and hygiene procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
