About the Role

DBO Services is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Corporate Services Assistant to join our Baltimore office. As part of our operations team, you’ll assist with annual reports, state filings, service of process, and general administrative tasks.

No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training. This role also offers the potential for growth, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position after one year (or sooner).


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual report and state filings, including preparing and submitting documents
  • Coordinate service of process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Perform general office administrative tasks (data entry, filing, record-keeping)
  • Maintain organized records and databases
  • Provide support to the operations team as needed


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or similar)
