We’re looking for a caring, organized, and proactive Student Support Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you’ll make sure every student — especially those who need a little extra help — gets the right support to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

What You’ll Do

• Work with teachers and staff to identify students who need extra support.
• Create and follow up on academic or behavior support plans.
• Meet with families to understand student needs and connect them with the right help.
• Partner with counselors, social workers, and outside resources to provide full support.
• Help maintain a positive school environment where every student feels included and valued.
• Keep accurate records and make sure we meet all school and state requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience in student services, counseling, or special education.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A caring, patient, and solution-focused approach.
