As we expand nationwide, we are seeking a talented Graphic Designer – Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand identity, enhance our digital presence, and elevate our visual communication.

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about visual design and digital marketing. This role blends graphic design, branding, and social media content creation to effectively communicate our mission to families and communities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design eye-catching marketing materials for print, digital platforms, and social media
• Create engaging graphics, layouts, presentations, and educational resources
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding across all channels
• Help develop and maintain LBAPS’s visual identity, aligned with our mission and values
• Produce content tailored to platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more
• Assist in planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns
• Monitor social media analytics to inform and improve content strategy
• Stay up to date on design trends, marketing best practices, and relevant tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across multiple mediums
• Strong eye for typography, color, and layout
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience growing social media channels and analyzing engagement metrics
• Knowledge of or interest in supporting children with special needs (preferred)
