Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Retail General Manager to lead a high-performing store team. This role is responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The GM will oversee staff, operations, and merchandising to create a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives, promotions, and events.
  • Manage customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.

Operations:

  • Oversee daily store operations and maintain compliance with company policies.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and rotation to optimize efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
  • Address employee issues and foster a positive team culture.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure customers receive exceptional service.
  • Handle complaints professionally and effectively.
  • Implement feedback processes to continually improve service quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong sales and operational management skills.
