- Identify and implement operational improvements.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure standards are met.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.

- Address employee issues and foster a positive team culture.
Customer Experience:
