A rapidly growing e-commerce business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing & Product Development Specialist to lead our sourcing strategy and help drive product innovation. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with international vendors, and wants to take ownership of their work.

Responsibilities:

Source new products and identify reliable overseas suppliers and manufacturers
Evaluate samples, ensure quality control, and enforce compliance standards
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve product offerings
Handle logistics including freight, customs, and inventory intake
Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales trends, and forecast demand
Resolve supplier issues and continuously improve supply chain efficiency

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in sourcing, product development, or supply chain management
Strong negotiation skills, particularly with overseas manufacturers
Familiarity with quality control processes and compliance requirements
Proficient in Excel and supply chain management software
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
