Location: Park Slope, Brooklyn

Schedule: Full Time – In Person

Salary: $30–$40 per hour (approximately $62,400–$83,200 annually)

A mental health clinic in Park Slope is launching a new OASIS Addiction and Recovery Program and is seeking a Program Director to lead and oversee the development and operation of the program.

This role is an opportunity to help build and manage a program focused on supporting individuals in addiction recovery. The Program Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with OASIS program standards, and help guide the growth of the department.

The clinic offers a supportive, mission-driven environment with a collaborative team of therapists and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the OASIS addiction and recovery program
• Ensure compliance with OASIS and regulatory requirements
• Supervise staff and support program development as the department grows
• Monitor documentation and ensure proper reporting and compliance
• Work closely with clinical staff to support patient care and treatment coordination
• Help establish workflows and procedures for the new program
• Collaborate with leadership on program growth and operations

• CASAC credential required
• Background in addiction treatment or rehabilitation services
• Experience working in behavioral health or recovery programs
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Social work background preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
