JEC Boys Middle School is seeking an experienced and thoughtful educational leader to serve as Middle School Coordinator. This role oversees the full program, grounded in Torah values, with responsibility for academic growth, faculty development, programming, scheduling, and budget management. The Coordinator will lead a student-centered environment focused on high expectations, strong teaching, and meaningful learning during the middle school years, while mentoring faculty and partnering with families.
Qualifications
Candidates should have smicha and prior experience in school administration or educational leadership, a strong background in teaching and instructional leadership, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
