We're a promotional products company that's been helping businesses, events, and organizations create custom branded merchandise since 1997. Think custom mugs, drinkware, apparel, tote bags, and event swag — the kind of stuff that gets a brand noticed.

We work with hotels, trade show companies, event planners, banks, museums, and businesses of all sizes. We know our products. We need someone who can go find the people who need them.


About the Role

This is a remote, outbound sales role focused entirely on bringing in new business. You'll prospect, reach out, follow up, and build relationships that turn into repeat customers.

This is NOT a "wait for leads to come in" job. If you thrive on the hunt — cold calls, creative outreach, persistence, and closing — this role was built for you.

You'll work directly with ownership, with real flexibility and real earning potential.


What You'll Do

  • Reach out to new prospects daily via phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, social media, networking, door-to-door, and any creative channel you can think of
  • Build and manage your own pipeline from the ground up
  • Follow up consistently to move deals forward
  • Develop relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Track activity and stay organized

Who You'll Sell To

Here's the thing — every business buys branded merchandise. Nonprofits, gyms, law firms, schools, breweries, real estate agents, healthcare companies, hotels, trade show exhibitors, event planners, Shuls, festivals, 5K runs and charity events, school fundraisers, downtown business districts, local governments, and community organizations — if they have a logo or a cause, they're a potential customer.

The best reps in this space get creative and don't limit themselves to an obvious list. If you can think of a reason a business or organization might want their name on something, that's a lead worth calling. The market is essentially unlimited — and that's the point.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in outbound sales or cold calling — you've done this before and you're good at it
  • Comfortable building a pipeline from scratch — no hand-holding required
  • Strong communicator with sharp follow-up habits
  • Self-starter who manages their time and hits their targets
  • Creative prospector who doesn't wait to be told who to call
  • Promotional products experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation

  • $30,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission — the more you sell, the more you earn
  • Earn on repeat business, not just new deals

Commission earnings depend on performance and are not guaranteed.


In Your First 30 Days

You'll get up to speed on our products, build your initial pipeline, and close your first accounts — setting yourself up for strong commission earnings by month two.
