Seeking a strong nurse leader with inpatient facility experience to oversee care transitions, patient placement, and reimbursement-related operations in the Baltimore/DC market. Ideal candidate understands fee-for-service reimbursement, discharge flow, and how to navigate the system to move patients efficiently.

Qualifications

• Reimbursement experience is strongly preferred
• Case management experience is helpful but not required
• Must be willing to travel to DC a couple of times per month
• Flexible location for the right candidate

Compensation

Compensation ranges from $175K to $250K, with flexibility up to $300K for strong reimbursement experience.
