About the Role

As the Nurse Manager, you’ll supervise a small team of field nurses and ensure clinical excellence and compliance.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support field RNs

Ensure clinical documentation meets all agency and DOH guidelines

Collaborate with coordinators and admin staff to ensure timely compliance

Serve as a liaison to families and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

What You Bring

Current NYS RN license

At least 2 years of LHCSA home care experience

Strong assessment and documentation skills

Comfort conducting field visits as needed

Prior supervisory experience is a plus, but not required

A commitment to high-quality care and team collaboration
