Position Overview

Our home care agency is seeking a friendly, motivated individual to help build relationships with referral sources throughout North Jersey.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or someone who enjoys meeting people and helping others. You will visit senior communities, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other referral sources to introduce our services and educate them about how we help seniors remain safely at home.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain relationships with:
• Senior centers
• Assisted living facilities
• Case managers, social workers, and other professionals
• Represent our agency in a professional and well-presented manner
• Generate referrals and help grow our client base
• Act as a key part of our early-stage growth and expansion

Position Details

• 🕒 Part-time or Full-time (flexible schedule)
• 🚗 Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling locally
• Lifetime Commission per client
