One Sky NJ provides short-term, business-purpose financing secured by investment and commercial real estate. We finance acquisitions, refinances, construction, and renovation projects for real-estate investors.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

A polished, articulate communicator who builds trust and follows through. A true self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out independently. Comfortable learning quickly with limited formal training or day-to-day direction. Sales, mortgage, or real-estate experience is preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Cultivate relationships with brokers, attorneys, developers, and investors.
• Stay connected with referral partners and serve as a professional point of contact.
• Review opportunities, gather key details, and present qualified deals.
• Present qualified deals and follow up through acceptance.
