Growing home care agency seeking a Field RN to conduct client assessments, perform home visits, develop and adjust care plans, and provide training and guidance to Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants.

Requirements

• Current NYS RN license
• At least one year of nursing experience (home care preferred)
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license

Salary

$55-$60/hr (higher for experienced candidates)
