Seeking a part-time Software Development Manager to oversee internal application development. The work covers business apps for operations management, scheduling, reporting dashboards, and payroll/accounting integrations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development from spec through delivery
• Review code and features before release
• Keep projects on schedule
• Serve as the technical point of contact for accounting and payroll system integrations

Requirements

• Real coding experience or a degree in computer science/software engineering
• Comfortable reading and reviewing code (JavaScript/React and API work in particular)
• Able to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Organized enough to manage timelines independently
• Strong English communication required

Details

Part-time, fully remote — candidates in Israel welcome. $35,000–$40,000/year. Flexible hours with some overlap with US Eastern business hours.
