Job Description

A Lakewood, NJ healthcare company is hiring an appointment scheduling manager. The job includes managing a large and diverse team that answers calls spread out in multiple locations. The role involves reviewing and analyzing reports to break down data and working with the IT team to build systems and reports that can be easily analyzed.

Requirements

• Experience managing a direct team of at least 10 employees
• Experience in the healthcare field is a huge plus
• Experience analyzing and reviewing reports
• Experience using AI tools
