We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential buildings in Brooklyn and, at times, in other boroughs.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to properties throughout Brooklyn and other boroughs to inspect buildings
• Meet with tenants and building superintendents to resolve day-to-day problems
• Oversee construction and repair work
• Handle building violations
• Address rent-related issues
• Manage other property management matters as they arise

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management (required)
• Must have a car and be able to drive to properties in Brooklyn and other boroughs
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple buildings
