Seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for a U.S. construction company.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Lead pre-construction estimating, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling
• Develop cost estimates, forecasting tools, and standardized estimating systems
• Manage subcontractor bids, negotiations, and risk assessments
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and subcontractors
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• QuickBooks, Google Sheets & Microsoft Office experience
• Bookkeeping, invoicing & reconciliations experience
• Ability to work independently and support company growth

Hours:
Full-time, with at least 6 hours overlapping U.S. business hours. Please apply only if you can accommodate these hours. Construction estimating experience is a must!
