HCS is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.

We have positions available in Boro Park and Flatbush, supporting highly independent young adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive, engaging environment.

Positions Available:

• Female DSP for Group Home in Boro Park
• Location: Boro Park
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Qualifications: Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus; driver's license preferred
• Male DSP for Residence in Flatbush
• Location: Flatbush
• Schedule: Afternoon shifts, daily from 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Female DSP for Dahab Program in Boro Park
• Location: Boro Park
• Schedule: Full-time, daily

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Driver’s license preferred for certain roles
