Part time (25 hours a week) Remote, Case Management
$35-45k Salary
Location: Remote
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating with patients and caregivers
Working with service providers
Staying on top of emails and deadlines
Dealing with customer service and retention
Multitasking in an in-office environment
Visiting patients in your caseload once every 3 months
Requirements:
BA required
Customer service skills
Detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
