Job Description
Position: Community Outreach Coordinator (Full-Time)
Location: Park Slope Center for Mental Health, Brooklyn (Hybrid: Brooklyn office + field)
Compensation: $800 per week
Responsibilities:
Build referral relationships with hospitals, doctors, schools, shelters, and community organizations; attend outreach events; track referral sources; collaborate on onboarding.
Requirements:
Outreach, marketing, business development, or community relations experience (healthcare experience is a plus), strong communication skills, organized, reliable transportation, and comfortable traveling locally.
