Role Summary

Mirelle is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support the internal operations of the brand. This role ensures smooth workflow across production, vendors, designers, and logistics, allowing leadership to focus on creative direction.

What You Will Do

• Manage timelines and deadlines across manufacturers, designers, and sourcing partners
• Track emails, follow-ups, invoices, shipments, and sample returns
• Maintain organized files, spreadsheets, and documentation
• Coordinate across teams to ensure tasks are completed
• Support onboarding of vendors and communication with factories

Experience Required

Experience in operations, coordination, project management, or administrative support preferred. Familiarity with manufacturing, e-commerce, or product development is helpful. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
