Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intake Coordinator to support the intake process for new clients. This role serves as a key point of contact for families and helps ensure a smooth onboarding experience from initial inquiry through the start of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries (phone, email, or online submissions)
  • Collect and organize intake documentation and client information
  • Communicate with families to guide them through the onboarding process
  • Coordinate intake steps internally with clinical and administrative teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
  • Follow up with prospective clients to ensure completion of required documentation
  • Assist in scheduling initial consultations or assessments as needed

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior administrative or intake experience is a plus

Work Environment:
In-person position based in Upper Saddle River, NJ
Collaborative team setting within an ABA services organization
