Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Intake Coordinator to support the intake process for new clients. This role serves as a key point of contact for families and helps ensure a smooth onboarding experience from initial inquiry through the start of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries (phone, email, or online submissions)
- Collect and organize intake documentation and client information
- Communicate with families to guide them through the onboarding process
- Coordinate intake steps internally with clinical and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
- Follow up with prospective clients to ensure completion of required documentation
- Assist in scheduling initial consultations or assessments as needed
Requirements:- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up consistently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior administrative or intake experience is a plus
