Job Description

Position: Tzivos Hashem Base Commander

Schedule: Part-time / flexible hours

Location: Crown Heights

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Cheder’s Tzivos Hashem portal
• Oversee and track Chayolim missions, achievements, and rankings
• Serve as the liaison between Cheder administration and Tzivos Hashem Headquarters
• Enroll and support Chidon participants throughout the year
• Coordinate rewards, rallies, and special programming tied to Tzivos Hashem goals
• Inspire excitement and engagement among the students in their Avodas Hashem as Chayolim

Ideal Candidate:

• Familiarity with the Tzivos Hashem system and its mission
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Able to self-manage and follow through on responsibilities consistently
• Enthusiastic about motivating children in their Yiddishkeit and Chassidishkeit
• Experience with Chidon coordination
