Job Description

My Little Gan Preschool, a Reggio-inspired, Jewish preschool N.J., seeks loving, and dedicated Morahs for the 2025-26 school year. We also have some summer openings.  

At My Little Gan, we strive to educate young children in a respectful and evocative learning environment, and help them grow into self-aware, empathetic, capable learners for life.

This position requires a strong background in Early Childhood Education, a background in Judaism, and at least 2 years of experience in a related field.   Familiarity with the Reggio-Emilia philosophy, and fluency in Hebrew language is a plus.

Ideal candidate is warm and loving, has strong classroom management skills, is able to differentiate instruction, is responsible, organized and has great communication skills. Candidate is a team player and is motivated to learn and grow. Candidate is passionate about working with children and has a positive and patient demeanor.

Location/s of school is in Hoboken NJ with a brand new campus opening in Jersey City, NJ for September.
