A brand-new childcare center located in Brooklyn is seeking a passionate and experienced Childcare Director to lead its launch and oversee daily operations.
Requirements:
BA degree in Education or Early Childhood Education
NY State Teaching Certification
Experience directing or working in a childcare or early childhood educational setting (preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
A genuine love for children and a commitment to quality early childhood education
Role Overview:
The Director will be responsible for setting the educational vision, hiring and developing staff, ensuring compliance with all regulations, managing curriculum development, and engaging with parents.
