High school rebbe position available
JIQ Boys Middle & High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Rebbe to join our dynamic team of educators for the 2025-2026 school year. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and deeply committed to helping our students grow in both their Torah knowledge and personal development. This Rebbe should be a role model who embodies Torah values, maintains a strong classroom presence, and fosters a love for learning in a warm, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach engaging and meaningful Torah classes (Chumash, Gemara, Halacha, Hashkafa, etc.) tailored to middle and high school boys.
Inspire students to connect to Torah and mitzvot with excitement and relevance.
Utilize class time efficiently with well-planned, organized lessons that promote active participation and understanding.
Serve as a positive role model in behavior, dress, and speech, reflecting Torah values both inside and outside the classroom.
Maintain strong classroom management that is both firm and fair, encouraging respect, discipline, and a growth mindset.
Collaborate with colleagues, principals, and parents to support each student’s academic and personal development.
Offer individual guidance, mentorship, and support to students in and out of the classroom.
Participate in school functions, events, and professional development opportunities.
