We are Growing Path ABA, a new ABA agency servicing most of NJ.

We are looking for a skilled BCBA to join our team, focusing on delivering exceptional, compassionate care to our clients. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct services and supervision to clients in a range of settings (home, school, community)
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure consistent treatment implementation
• Collect and analyze data, adjusting programs based on client progress
• Supervise RBTs and other team members

Qualifications:

• Current BCBA certification
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Strong organizational skills for data management and reporting
