We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple luxury properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan , managing 1,500 apartments and supervising three Maintenance Directors. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to maximize occupancy rates, rent collection, and tenant satisfaction while optimizing operational efficiency and minimizing expenses.
