Job Location: Brooklyn New York
Salary: $150,000 plus incentives
Job Overview:
The IT manager will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading the MSP day to day workflow which includes managing IT team members, identifying IT training opportunities and overseeing the KPI overall. Engage in meetings and discussions with other departments, senior management, and external vendors to collaborate on technology projects, discuss requirements, and align IT initiatives with the organizations overall goals.
Job Duties:
• Successfully design, implement and maintain IT solutions for the MSP
• Manage and delegate the Ticket intake for Levels 1,2,3
• Manage assignment for repetitive tickets and QC them
• Review reports, analyze data, and plan IT strategies
• Respond to urgent requests, unexpected technical issues, participate in incident response efforts
Job Requirements:
• Should have preferably a formal education of;
• Computer Science or Information Technology or Management Information Systems
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent writing and verbal skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
