A Lakewood, NJ ABA company is hiring an Operations Manager. Candidate must have worked as an Operations Manager at a homecare agency, nursing home agency Medicaid agency, ABA agency, or in a related industry. Job includes managing the Lakewood office which includes 15 employees, and all their national staff and clients. Candidate will be responsible for managing all staff, processes, and systems. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3:30 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm.
