A Boro Park, Brooklyn property management company is hiring a collections manager. Job includes managing the collection process and legal process of people who do not pay rent. Job involves handling all tenant relations and apartment leasing. Looking for someone with at least 1 year of prior rent collection experience or property management experience. Huge plus if the candidate is familiar with NY State legalities. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9 am-5 pm (must work until 5 pm), and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
