A Lakewood, NJ company is hiring an operations manager. Candidate must have experience as an operations manager overseeing different departments and managing a team of at least 10 people. Job includes overseeing a few departments such as customer service, client success, installations and repairs, and field crews. Candidate will be responsible to institute processes and oversee a team. Candidate must be energetic, innovative, and driven. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.

Mon-Thurs, 9 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-1/2 pm
