A large firm is looking for a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven individual to join their team as Manager of Product Development. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is responsible for overseeing the entire process of creating and developing new products, including research, design, evaluation, testing, and sourcing. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the graphics and content teams, as well as with overseas factories, to ensure all necessary information is gathered to bring products to the market, while also addressing any production or fabrication challenges. The successful candidate will have experience managing a team and will lead a group of 2-3 employees.
