Job Description

A leading Tech Advisory group is looking to fill their Director of Sales Management position. In this position you will be responsible for leading and overseeing two teams of coordinators, ensuring the two departments meet their goals and contribute to the overall success of the company. You will be charged with closely monitoring the sales process, ensuring timelines are met and jumping into high-level meetings with clients. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure that we are aligned in our customer-facing initiatives and that sales strategies are in place to meet the needs of the market. You’ll evaluate performance metrics regularly, troubleshoot challenges as they arise, and keep the team motivated and engaged. By working closely with senior leadership, you will contribute to the company’s long-term objectives and growth plans.


This role requires someone with 2-3 years of experience working in a fast-paced environment, a high level of multi-tasking skills, an outside-the-box mentality and the ability to take complete ownership over any issue. Organized and process-oriented are a huge plus. A general understanding of technology related to the Healthcare field, Internet Services, Phone systems and TV solutions is highly preferred as well as proven customer service & leadership skills, and experience with CRM software and data analysis.
