Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and organize the owners’ professional and personal email accounts, WhatsApp messages, and text communications
• Proactively manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
• Handle follow-up communications and ensure timely responses
• Screen and prioritize incoming requests, calls, and messages
• Prepare documents, notes, and summaries as needed
• Coordinate personal errands, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all matters
• Act as a gatekeeper and manage day-to-day workflow
• Be available to occasionally take important calls or respond after regular business hours when necessary
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs
• Comfortable managing digital communications, including email, text, and WhatsApp
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other communication tools
• Discreet, trustworthy, and professional demeanor
• Willingness to work hard in a fast-paced environment and provide occasional after-hours support
• Ability to work in-office daily at our Rockland County location
