Position Overview
A growing e-commerce company is seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented on-site Product Graphics and Art Director.
This role combines creative leadership with hands-on design oversight. The ideal candidate will manage product imagery and packaging, direct graphic, 3D, and AI designers, and ensure that all creative work is accurate, realistic, on-brand, and completed within required deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee product artwork, packaging, photography, 3D renders, and AI-generated imagery.
- Review and approve creative work for accuracy, quality, realism, and brand consistency.
- Manage designers, freelancers, outside vendors, workloads, priorities, and feedback cycles.
- Ensure packaging details and product visuals are accurate and completed within production deadlines.
- Direct AI image-generation workflows, including prompt direction, image review, refinement, and quality control.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and web teams on product launches, banners, digital assets, and other creative needs.
Qualifications
- Strong professional background in graphic design, art direction, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with AI image-generation tools and creative workflows.
- Comfortable opening and reviewing 3D files using Blender, SketchUp, or similar software.
- Familiarity with product photography, 3D rendering, packaging, and lifestyle imagery.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Canva experience is helpful.
