Job Description
As a Direct Service Provider, you will play a critical role in supporting people with disabilities or special needs, promoting their independence, personal growth, and quality of life. Some responsibilities may include:
Assist client with daily living activities, including running errands, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, activities, and interactions
Promote client dignity, rights, and personal choice
Assist and encourage them to lead independent lives and to be integrated into their communities
