
Looking for an entry-level, full-time, in-person team member in our Lakewood, NJ office. This role has strong growth potential. As you build skills and ownership, there will be room to take on more responsibility across client work, internal operations, and long-term projects.
Day to day, you’ll support internal office operations and work directly with clients. Examples of work you’ll be doing include scheduling and attending client meetings, keeping calendars and project trackers up to date, preparing and reviewing client-facing documents, and drafting clear meeting summaries so decisions and action items don’t get lost. You may also write marketing content such as social media posts, website pages, blog posts, and client emails.
You’re comfortable interacting with clients over Zoom and in person, and you can explain technical concepts clearly and professionally.
No degree, certifications, or prior experience required. We’ll train you. What matters most is strong reading comprehension and writing skills, attention to detail, comfort learning new concepts and technologies, and a proactive work style.
