Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development and system implementation projects for a diverse client base. This role is primarily focused on project ownership and delivery execution, with business analysis responsibilities integrated throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will drive projects from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with client business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• 
  
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, scope, and resources
• 
  
• Identify and mitigate risks; proactively manage issues and dependencies
• 
  
• Serve as the primary client point of contact throughout the engagement
• 
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders
• 
  
• Oversee go-live planning, execution, and post-launch support

Business & Requirements Oversight

• Lead requirements gathering and validation to ensure alignment with business goals
• 
  
• Translate business needs into structured, actionable deliverables
• 
  
• Ensure requirements traceability through design, development, and testing
• 
  
• Support UAT planning and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 
  
• 5–10 years of experience managing software implementation projects
• 
  
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• 
  
• Experience with ERP or financial systems implementations – a plus
• 
  
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams and multiple stakeholders
