Job Description

Job Overview

Provide day-to-day tech support for corporate and multi-state property teams. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage M365 accounts, support networks and VoIP, maintain the ticketing system, and handle onboarding and offboarding.

Requirements

  • 2 years of IT support experience
  • Strong Windows 10/11 and M365 skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
