Talent Acquisition HR Manager Responsibilities
The TA HR manager will be responsible for corporate level recruiting and executive employee relations.
He/She will oversee the social media and online recruiting efforts and processes in support of the company’s employment objectives.
Manage Disability, Leave of Absence and Workman’s Comp related issues.
Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements
Assist in administering employee performance programs
The TAHR will fill an integral role on the Chief Human Resource Officer’s team in managing EEOC issues and investigating employee relations complaints.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5-10 years Human Resources experience
Excellent communication skills, people skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
High problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
Detail oriented and resourceful mindset
Knowledge of HR federal laws and regulations
Additional HR training or certifications is a plus
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
Competitive compensation packages of 95-125K being offered.
