A Flatbush, Brooklyn ABA therapy company is hiring a recruiter. Candidate must have recruiting or marketing experience, or office experience in the ABA field. Job involves conducting interviews with ABA therapists via Zoom, job postings on multiple different sites, onboarding, and collaborating with the staffing department to assign the therapists to cases. Looking for someone who is a go getter who will take initiative and really pursue candidates. Candidate must be comfortable speaking to a wide range of people. Salary is commensurate with experience and hours.
Hours: Mon-Thurs, 9:30 am-3 pm, 9 am-4 pm or 9 am-5 pm, and Fri, 9 am-12 pm
