Payroll Representative
Located in the heart of the Five Towns!
Responsibilities:
Administer bi-weekly payroll
Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll data.
Process new hires, terminations, and employee status changes.
Verify pay rates, timesheets, and PTO balances.
Maintain and update employee records.
Prepare reports for monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
Collaborate with financial and accounting departments as needed.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
