Are you a go-getter with a passion for making a difference? We're seeking a Full-Time Recruiter (Monday-Thursday 9-5, Fridays 9-12/1 schedule) in our Brooklyn office to join our dynamic team dedicated to supporting children with Autism. No experience necessary - we'll provide training!

What You'll Do:

• Post jobs and manage job boards
• Source and screen candidates
• Conduct interviews and assist with onboarding
• Communicate with Case Managers about their hiring needs
