Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants status.
  • Assist in the development of job descriptions and posting ads on relevant platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive recruiting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of recruiting experience
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, job boards, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruiting.
