Experience in Business Management a must
Must be well versed in Google Workspace (sheets/docs/slides/drive)
Quickbooks experience a big plus

Description of work:
Fielding calls and emails
Preparing permit applications
Preparing powerpoint presentations
Travel bookings
Tracking vendors, deliveries, and the like
Auditing vendor invoicing for errors
Preparing construction contracts and other documents
Preparing project cost summaries ie side by side spreadsheet of estimated costs vs actual costs
Communicating with tenants and preparing maintenance work orders
Light bookkeeping. Assist with Quickbooks data entry, reconciliation of credit card and bank accounts, receipts
Following texts, chats, and emails in order to maintain familiarity with all aspects of the business
This job is optimal for someone who can multitask and not be overwhelmed by the demanding nature of the business.
