Growing Home Care company located in Rockland County, NY is looking to hire a full-time Intake Coordinator for this fast-paced department. Qualified candidates will be energetic, patient and attentive to the needs of our clients.

Job Description:

  • Intake and set up of new patients
  • Process new aide hiring
  • Collect all required paperwork
  • Review documentation
  • Audit file for compliance
  • Communicate with patient and aid when needed
  • Address client or caregiver issues as they arise
  • Various other Intake duties as assigned
