We are a company that is making waves in the real estate industry. We are constantly growing and are looking for Real Estate Compliance Specialist to join our team!

 A Real Estate Compliance Specialist, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency. They will deal with our clients on a day-to-day level to ensure all aspects of clients real estate compliance are being coordinated properly with the clients staff and vendors.

Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They can put themselves in their clients shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment

Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide information regarding legal guidelines, specifications and property availability
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers
