Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote and increase awareness of our behavioral health programs.
- Create compelling advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- Utilize AI applications and technologies to optimize marketing efforts and enhance client attraction.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in the field of marketing, with a strong track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI applications and technologies to enhance marketing efforts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
